2. Service Description

PropClub is a rewards and loyalty platform that connects traders with proprietary trading firms through verified affiliate partnerships.

We offer traders additional perks — such as payout bonuses, challenge giveaways, and dispute protection — when they purchase funded accounts via our affiliate links.

PropClub does not issue or sell prop firm challenges. It operates purely as a third-party promotional service.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and verifiable information when claiming rewards
  • Comply with all relevant local, national, and international laws
  • Avoid submitting false documentation or engaging in fraudulent activity

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account bans.

4. Reward Eligibility Rules

To receive payout bonuses or giveaways:

  • The challenge must be purchased through a PropClub-verified affiliate link
  • The user must be subscribed (if applicable) and follow all verification steps
  • The payout must be confirmed by the relevant prop firm
  • The user must not have previously submitted the same payout for reward

PropClub reserves the right to deny rewards if proof is insufficient or suspicious.

5. Affiliate Participation Terms

Affiliates and users promoting PropClub must:

  • Follow ethical promotion standards
  • Not misrepresent PropClub's partnership status with any firm
  • Disclose affiliate links as per relevant platform policies (e.g. X, Instagram, YouTube)

PropClub may revoke affiliate status at any time, at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

PropClub is not responsible for actions taken by prop firms, including bans, denied payouts, or changes in policy.

Traders engage with third-party firms at their own risk. PropClub does not guarantee funding, challenge success, or payout outcomes.

7. Modifications to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the PropClub platform signifies your agreement to the latest version.
